Abstract

Information gathered with the help of the Arab Security Studies 
and Training Center in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to 
provide criminal justice personnel with an understanding of the
rights, duties and customs of observant Muslims.  The booklet
contains suggestions to help criminal justice personnel allow 
the observance of the religious duties and customs without 
sacrificing security or adding costs to the operation of prisons.
