The aims of the is to make a solidarity and a mutual cooperation between the people working in field of crime prevention, criminal justice and the treatment of offenders and victims crime by more effective crime prevention, criminal justice practice and policy with help of survey, research, courses and other programs. This can help to redound to support of a sustainable development, peace and stability in the countries of the Central and East Europe and in the world.

Membership Statement

Individual member of Agency can become every person working in field of crime prevention and criminal justice regardless of nationality, status narrior, race, sex or alternativy religion and who go with aims of Agency and want to share on their realization. Organisational membership of the Agency can be : an national company of the Agency organised on a individual country´s; an judical persons and their organize component, which working in field of crime prevention and criminal justice; an organisations, agency´s or foundations established or working in field of crime prevention and criminal justice these identify with aims and tasks of Agency and who express their agreememt with an assumption of duties contained in Statute International Agency. The Honorary member can become everyone, who helps effective form the programs in field of crime prevention, criminal law and justice and fills the aims and tasks of Agency.

The IACPCLJ realized e.g.the international conference on the theme "Juvenile justice: present and perpectives", which is mentioned in Report of the United Nations Secretary-General on the standards and norms in crime prevention and criminal justice (E/CN. 15/2003/10, p. 109); crime prevention initiative e.g. "Safe regions of Europe“; training e.g. Non-governmental organizations and deliquency and criminality of the youth, Status and protection of human rights of young deliquents and offenders in prison; international seminars e.g. Juvenile Deliquency and Criminality at the Beginning of Third Millennium; The International Programme: United Nations Pillars for Juvenile Justice and Support Juvenile Justice Reforms in States of Central and Eastern Europe; and Research Programme: Comparative study on deaths in custody.
