Membership Statement

1) Undergraduate program--Apply for admission. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Should be in top 30% of class. 2) Graduate program--Undergraduate grade point average of 3.00 or higher. Take the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language.


Current Projects

1) Training at the International Law Enforcement Academy in Budapest 2) Crime, Justice and Public Order International Conference, June 1998, Budapest (co-sponsored with the FBI) 3) Police education--Associate degrees for all new police recruits entering the Puerto Rican Police Department (Branch office in Gurabo, PR) 4) Undergraduate education for 10,000 students 5) Graduate education for 963 students in 5 Master's programs
